This was genuinely the worst purchasing experience of my life. What was supposed to take three weeks became six months of constant stress, anxiety and desperation caused by the lack of profesionality of the seller. There was always a new problem: changes in the agreed conditions, size, version, price, customs, another mistake, another delay. I felt ignored, pressured and completely exhausted by the situation. There were moments when I literally cried because I just wanted this nightmare to end. After six months, the product still doesn’t work properly, and they still wanted more money from me. I have never experienced anything like this with any supplier. Months of anxiety, tears and a feeling of being completely broken and fooled. I would never want another buyer to go through what I went through. ：
